What a grim day weather-wise!
 
Spending the day sorting photographs from South Africa made me wonder at the blue skies, sun and shadows. Then I remembered the fabrics I collected whilst I was there – here are some of them. There are Langa Lapu sun-dyed fabrics, with which most quilters will be familiar. Others are various African prints and batiks. The plan is to use these, and more that I have stashed away from previous trips, to make a quilt or wall hanging, but whether this will actually happen is the question. Too many projects on the go at the moment.
