Roasting Chickens

Saw these two women loading chickens into the roaster this morning as I headed through the market. We absolutely love roasted chicken, but have always purchase the whole bird never these flattened versions. Not certain if the taste is different, I think it might depend on the seasoning used, but after seeing this might have to give them a try in the near future. The aroma alone would be enough to tempt even the stanchest of vegetarians (I would think).
