There has been a recent furore about planters in Dumfries...but surely nobody will object to this new arrival outside the Cumberland Day centre in the brooms Road car Park. The cast iron arch combines two seats (one at either end) and planters which also double as somewhere to lock your bike to. (They weigh 75 kgs empty, apparently).
