Freedom

Today was the day that the avian flu restrictions were lifted in Scotland. The girls have been incarcerated since the start of December so it was wonderful to let them out to forage around the garden again.

They weren't so keen on the snow but am assuming they had the best day they've had for a very long time - hopefully they'll start laying again now - their combs are engorged so fingers crossed.
