Prawns

Also art of yesterday's Costco haul was these two prawns. The knife is a 7" santoku for some scale although the £15.55 price tag for two prawns should give you an idea of how big they are. They were delicious, though they needed slicing to cook them in a way that I was happy with, I think whole there would have been too much difference between the outside and inside interms of overcooked and raw.
