Had two rather concerning phone calls today, both related to others who seem to have quite serious illnesses, very difficult to know how best to support other than listen and give very small snippets of advice.

Went out to a pub In Nailsworth for a very quick pub dinner which consisted of turkey pie and veg- it was delicious

A very lazy day of just resting. Friday night TV has consisted of watching a calming narrow boat documentary. I'm intending to watch Gogglebox and The Last Leg for some lighthearted fun and reflection

I have plans to be more proactive tomorrow . . .
