A sleepy Roo

Today we adhered to a mantra of no processed foods: nothing but fruit, vegetables, olives, nuts, baked chicken, and olive oil. It was challenging and took an unfamiliar degree of focus. I can't recall the last time I consumed no refined sugar for a whole day...it was definitely refreshing.

Eric sleeps soundly already. I suspect we'll sleep better tonight than usual.
