Alpine Jewels

Our local Alpine Garden Society branch has its Annual Show on Saturday, March 18th from 10.30 to 4.30. It is at Kirkbie Kendal Scholl next to the Kendal Leisure Centre. If anyone has never been to one of these shows I can recommend it highly. The displays are amazing.

Today and tomorrow in order to promote the show we have been running displays and demos at a Nursery in Beetham.

The second extra is proof that Mrs. K. continues to make good progress. Ten days after her new hip op she is walking on the promenade.
