I went for a hike up into my beloved Stone Canyon again today.
I have admired this Saguaro during my many previous visits.
But I wanted to wait to image it, when conditions were just right.
They were right today, the angle was right and the lighting was ideal.
Plus, I was afraid that it would topple over before I returned again.
The root system looked a little weaker on this visit, than on the last.
Who am I kidding, this giant will be around long after I'm gone!
