This is/was the old Spalding Postal Sorting Office - it's been closed for at least ten years and I am unsure as to why, when there is such a housing shortage for single people in this area, it hasn't been bought by the Council and converted into flatlets (or do we have to call them single occupancy apartments these days??)  It's a big building and even from the front I can see it would make around 16 - 20 units.  Instead they (the Council) are buying up farm land and open and green spaces to build on! Grrrrrrrrr.   Grumble over.

This was such a rubbish photo that I have Patrick O'PicMonkeyed it to within an inch of its life.   Weird how the HDR click makes a white edge round the building roof!  Hmmmm?

Anyway, this is what you get today.
