Future Blipper?
James, with Rachel at the wildlife photography travelling exhibition at Nature in Art, not far from Gloucester. They have a few handling boxes in the rooms for children, James was very keen to crank the wind-on lever and release the shutter on this old Zenit mechanical camera.
I remember the Zenit E cameras from the mid to late 70s. Quite clunky and roughly made but they allowed so many people to own an SLR when they might not have been able to afford a Pentax or Nikon. This one is apparently a later mid 80s version, but with the same T34 Tank like robust qualities.
Mobile phone image as that's what I had with me at the time!
