Bright eyes

This blackbird stayed for ages in the garden, was not even worried when the HG was working about him.

It was a lovely day; after church we had brunch and then the HG worked on his garden project while I pottered and prepared for a family dinner.  It was lovely to have a nice meal and chat, it is harder to get together nowadays with us all having our own agendas, but it makes it all precious.
