Merchiston Tower - home of John Napier

It was a beautiful sunny day when I walked to work this morning. On my  arrival on campus Merchiston Tower was looking great against the blue sky. 

It was a day of seven meetings for me. All but one were PhD student 6-monthly progress reviews. Then I stayed late on campus (until 19:30) to work on the presentation that I am delivering in Brazil next week. After all that I am shattered.

Exercise today: one morning running loop; sit-ups, weights and stretches; walk to work (10,007 steps).
