White orchid

When I was short of a blip at Jack's house tonight Katharine suggested that I photograph the orchid that Mr hazelh and I gave to her and Jack at Christmas. As you can see, it's doing very well.

We enjoyed our evening with Jack and Katharine - not least the excellent food (antipasti salad, smoked haddock and turmeric fried rice with prawns, chocolate mousse), wine and chat.

Earlier on campus it was another day of seven meetings.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches; walk to work in the morning and then from work to Jack's house in the evening (19,686 steps).
