croc loose on marsh near Silverdale

a loose croc was today apprehended after it's reign of terror on the marsh near Silverdale. the croc - a large black croc - had been sighted several times by local walkers but it took the daring and cunning of a woman walking the last leg of the Lancashire Coastal Path to catch and render it safe. her comment was 'well the local beer helped and gave me the courage to deal with this menace. I hope it will now find a good home so that others may walk the marshes safely.'
