The perfect sponge?

It certainly looks it!
Annie has just made this for tomorrow's 'last day of the summer holiday' picnic! We still have a houseful of wonderful young people - and they don't half eat a lot!!!! The boys are here until Thursday but sadly Annie and Tom have to start school again on Tuesday. Fingers crossed for a beautiful sunny day tomorrow!

And then..... it's off to Edinburgh next weekend - what a shame we've missed the festival!
