ON THE BOUNDARY:

Yesterday's Blip was taken on the other side of the gap in the wall. There use to be a wrought iron gate there, but my bedroom is in that corner & on very windy days it clanged - so I had it taken down. This side there are wash tubs on both sides of the pathway which in spring, house dwarf narcissi & fritillaries. Overflowing with succulents are special hanging pots which I had made by a potter in Goldens Bay, Nelson. Diane Woods also made several of my plates - which I blipped last year. I love her work.
Today is very cold & miserable, leaden sky & no sun. What's worse, we didn't get any rain !
