Wheelchair Basketball

We were at Olympic Park from 10am-7.30pm and in that time we saw/did:
Tennis match- GB number one Gordon Weir beat a Brazilian man 6-0, 6-0. Then we got his autographs and C had his photo taken with him.
Wheelchair Basketball- Italy 61-32 South Africa- amazing, huge venue with very steep stands
Goalball- Algeria 8-6 Canada- fascinating sport where you have to stay completely silent while they are playing.
More basketball- first half of GB v Poland which GB won by miles.
Wandered between all the venues soaking up the atmosphere and wondering why each venue was so far away from the others! The tennis was miles away so after we'd had tea and had time to fit 1 more thing in I was outvoted and we went to basketball instead of more tennis. The only thing we didn't see was 5-aside blind football because it was full but it finished 0-0 so we probably didn't miss an exciting game.

I want to go back tomorrow but unfortunately I have to go back to work. Haven't done any work at all in 6 weeks and haven't worked on a Monday for 7 years so it could be a long day!
