Poor reception

Thanks to Markus_Hedger for hosting a new challenge - experimental photography.  We are urged to play around with exposure and shutter speed, wobble the camera a bit and then do a smidgeon of post-processing.  I have done all of those with this shot - of a mobile phone mast on the Lancashire-Yorkshire frontier - using a very narrow shutter, slowish speed, a bit of a nudge to the camera and then processed the image twice using Silver Efex Pro.
