Scare Crow

Back in the saddle after a rainy weekend although I have to say Sultan was ridden by our dear friend Christa on Saturday. Christa is responsible for us having Sultan & for that we are very thankful. She used her own "English" type saddle & the general opinion was that he moved better/more freely in comparison to our western saddles. Needs further testing but it was great that she could try him out. Will have to repeat when it's somewhat drier.
To the picture: seems to be an attempt to stop crows picking at the silage covering. The crow looks very real but is plastic.
