The Bright Side

Another work day of the glums and nasty cold wet rain (although classes were, as always, just fine).  After work, the rain had stopped and by the time Deniz dropped me off at Akmerkez shopping centre to get the staples - cheese, beer and cat food - the sun was out,  so I went to the roof top terrace to enjoy it - and although very few folk were fooled in to thinking it was warm enough to sit, the sunshine was rejuvenating and I was glad to be outside and drenched in it.  What was noticeable, walking back home afterwards, when meeting and greeting several colleagues walking in the opposite direction, how very quickly we become so cheerful and optimistic, just because of a little sunshine. So here's some late afternoon sunshine for everyone else sorely in need right now.
