Araw ng Dabaw

Roughly translated to "Day of Davao" - a festivity in our city to celebrate the establishment of a town, city or province. Although the date Mar 16 has been disputed and may not really coincide with the actual date of Davao' establishment.

I originally planned to wake up early today to join the celebrations downtown by taking photos of the participants of the parade but woke up with an upset stomach. I decided to sleep it through. When i got bored in the afternoon, mom and I went to a nearby shopping mall for some needed groceries. Upon coming back to the house, my stomachache got worse and my temperature went up. I then realized and concluded that after almost a year of being back in the Philippines, my body still have not adjusted to the food/drinks i am taking in.
