Wonderful Show

Today in Kendal we held our annual local Alpine Garden Show. It is one of about twenty shows held across the country between March and October.

The main photo shows a part of just one of a dozen large show benches. Eight alpine plant nurseries also set up sales stalls which are packed with tempting delights.

I have added a few extras. The sharp eyed might spot Mrs.K on the left of one in a salmon pink top. I did not know she was there when I pressed the shutter.

The show takes over most of a school in the centre of Kendal. It was a great success.
