Long run day

A long run of 7 miles this week. Went for a nice steady run with Michael who has just set up Vogrie park run. He's a star, so much personal effort for something that brings so much joy to so many. He's not had time to run recently so it was great to see him out again, and nice to have the company.
C has fab time with Hal staying over, he was sad when he left. D headed round to his pal Archie's house for the afternoon. C helped me n his dad tape up the insulation in his new room. Slowly slowly it's getting there - our weekends are too full to get DIY done at the mo. Next it's plasterboard time which should be a bit quicker. It was sunny this afternoon so A n I sat outside for a cuppa - yay! Spring is here!
I'm shattered and will head to my bed soon.
