Metro Parmentier

The entrance to the Parmentier station, in Paris 11th, in the familiar style designed by the art nouveau architect Hector Guimard (a cheerier blip of the style is here).  

We were on our way to a performance of Goldoni's The Boors (1760--in French of course), by an amateur theater group including our friends Annick and Thierry. In the extra Thierry smiles in the center with his light green jacket and Annick is in the blue dress on the right.
