RUSTY... That's a color, right?? CMC17-Day19

When looking at this, most people see rusted metal ready for the junk heap. A few see an old rusted pot bellied heater. Very few see it for what it really is: A piece of history. Our youngest son dug this out of the old family trash ditch 20+ years ago. It may have provided heat in the very house where we live. It belongs in a simpler, harsher era, when eating meant growing your own food, cutting your own wood for heat, and no TV! It is out dated now and has earned its spot among the junk. However, this solid cast iron may well be around when you and I are gone!
