Autumn Rose

It was lovely day... just a little cool breeze. It was to have been warm but it didn't get very hot here. Still its great to see the sun and blue sky's.

I had another Lymphatic drainage treatment today. I was told it would make a little headachy and may get the feeling of flu type symptoms. Apart from the headache I never got a reaction last week .. but that was a short treatment. I sure are feeling it now.
