Mural 15: Faith of Our Fathers, 2

Linda and I visited her old stomping grounds in Etobicoke and were delighted to see many walls covered with magnificent murals. This one depicts the church in which we were married and the minister who married us in 1987. He was in his 80s then but as a young minister in 1930s Saskatchewan, he was a horse-riding circuit minister! Even better, when he came to Islington United Church during its construction he, at the dedication, as this mural depicts rode his horse up the steps into the church! How cool is that?!
