A corny blip

The corn is so delicious this summer. We are lucky here because there is a lot of drought affecting corn crops across North America. I have known some old-timers who absolutely refuse to eat corn or corn-on-the-cob because it is "chicken food" or "animal feed" - which it is, yes, but they don't eat it like this: boiled and slathered in butter with a dash of salt. Mmmmm, good! More for me!
