Cheshire plains

We had a great day out today with friends. First we went to the Grosvenor museum in Chester which was really good. I am not a massive fan of museums but this was different and had some art exhibitions  including Victorian art depicting Chester with the houses, people, streets and so on as it was then. There was also an exhibition of local artists work and we were able to see round the old house with scenes depicting life in Victorian times and also the Stuarts. I like all the social history so found it very interesting. 
After that we drove out to The Pheasant Inn in Tattenhall where we had a really delicious lunch.
