Room with a view

Discovered a new eaterie today.   We were en route to a certain garden centre when we decided on the spur of the moment to try The Gallery, the student run restaurant in Forth Valley College.

We had heard good reports abut it but never visited it. Here the students on the college catering course run their own restaurant for the general public.

We had a two course lunch for £7.50 !  whats more it was well above the standard of many local eateries in the area and at a fraction of the price.

This iconic view of the Wallace moinument with  the snow capped Ochils was taken from the restaurant.

Its a bonus for Stirling.  More controversial though is the announcement that Cafe Costa have applied to move into Bridge of Allan.
