Fantail

This little fantail has been taunting me all afternoon, chittering and chattering and flying around the deck and windows. I spent some frustrating time trying to anticipate where it would appear next and took plenty of blurred pics as I tried to follow it.

This is the one acceptable shot I got, taken as the fantail appeared in a gap in the trees and I am rather pleased with it. Not only did I capture the tail in a fan for the first time, but also caught the wings spread out
