Staying positive

My blip yesterday was "sad". A miserable daffodil in the rain, weighed down with that sadness. I'd driven back from the cinema, listening to the unfolding horrors and I blipped my mood.

But they must not win.

Strong words and positive respectful expressions. Reflective silence. Significant figures, especially Brendan Cox, have begun to restore balance.

The attack on our way of life and our democracy must not win.

As today's sunshine fell on those same daffodils, I hope that I have moved on from the despair. Hate must not win.
