A bit of rhythm and blues and Jim Morrison for Abstract Thursday and the EP challenges. Another gorgeous day, bright and chilly. TJ came round for scones and a card meeting in the morning then I was off to my last Faery course this afternoon - a romp through Fionn MacCool and his escapade in a fairy fort.
On the way home, a loiter around various bits of water, the rhythm of the tide coming in and out my inspiration. Another double exposure. I quite like the more inyourface one in the extra too. As I was taking photos on the quay a massive doberman joined me and had great fun jumping on my shadow!
When I got home the electricity had just gone off, estimated time for it to be fixed 8.45pm. Candles lit, Himself managed to rustle up an excellent dhal and rice on a tiny two ringed gas hob we keep for such emergencies. Very romantic .... and then the lights came back on.
