Not that brewery again!

What a morning on the moor!
Gorgeous sunshine, and a cracking parkrun.
Extras show me with my personal pacer for the day - good friend, fantastic runner and all round splendid fellow  - and the numbers which are the reason for my mile-wide grin.
Only the fifth time I've gone under 21 minutes, (the other four all in 2012) and equalling my second fastest parkrun time.

What a start to the weekend.
