New Lens

Part of the deal with my new camera purchased at the show on Monday was a 40-150 lens but I had to wait for new stock to arrive from Belgium.  It arrived yesterday so today SHH and I trundled off down to Gloucester which is where the person who served us on Monday is the Manager at LCE.  We have had excellent service all the way through, from the initial advice from a fellow Blipper, through other advice on how to make sure I was getting what I really wanted from other blippers, to the staff on the Olympus stall at the show - particularly the one whom we saw in the afternoon who seemed to understand instinctively that what I really wanted was two separate lenses, not just one bigger one to carry around all the time and who gave me the advice on what to ask for on the sales stalls, through to the Gloucester manager who delivered exactly what he said he would at the price he said he would within the time he said he would.  I wonder what it says about me that I was worried that all this might not happen!

Anyway, this is my first shot with the new lens, taken just outside the shop in Gloucester.
