Impromptu lunch al fresco

An amazingly warm and sunny day. I worked in the garden all morning whilst Mr B was hanging wallpaper. It was so warm at lunchtime that I opened the patio door from the kitchen and we sat outside and enjoyed locally produced bread, cheese, pork pie and chutney in the sun. A bit unexpected considering we had a couple of inches of snow on Wednesday. I don't think I have ever eaten outside in this country so early in the year.

Later in the day we dropped into the northern craft beef festival at the Beer Hall in Stavely.
