World Science Festival, Brisbane

There were all kinds of fun science activities for children of all ages at the World Science Festival in Brisbane this weekend.

My memories of science lessons when I was a child were of dry, dull facts and very few 'hands-on' experiences. How inspiring festivals like this can be for this generation of children.
