Found in the Freezer: a magnum!

I was looking in the freezer for ice cream for lunch and look what I found! It was absolutely delicious as I've given up chocolate for lent and today is mid lent Sunday. Had a lovely houseful for Sunday dinner, jade and her parents, Matt and Luna. I really enjoyed cooking for a few people it's the first time in a long while. Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding followed by apple pie and custard, all appreciated. A lot of it bought in my internet shop think I may continue as its so easy! A lovely Mother's Day got superb cards from Matt and Bella. Another lovely sunny day. Luna loved running around my garden.
