A two-buck day

Walking in the park this morning, I spotted two young bucks. They were a little wary, so didn't come out in the open for their photo opp, but they were inquisitive enough to look at the camera.

Today has been a steamy sort of day. By the end of my walk, I was dripping as much as if it had been raining. Not that I walk THAT fast, but I like to think I am stepping out at a decent pace. However, my ego was a bit punctured when I had to move over so a (much younger) woman could zip past me. Ah well, speed is relative I guess!
