Looking back

This is a photo from fall 2015. The house inspection the buyers agent sent noted that "vine growth at the northeast corner of the front deck is resulting in rot damage to the trim. Recommend trimming back or removal of the shrub followed by repairs as needed to damaged area of the structure." I believe it's this smoke bush in question. Can you imagine removing it? I am going to send this photo to the buyers so they know what they'll miss if they do.

Yesterday we went to the Whatcom Symphony. It was great. Mom said her hands hurt from clapping so much.
