Party!

I went for the regular visit today and found mom playing Bingo with a focused bunch. Many Silverado dollars were being won. It was just as well she didn't want to hurry out because it was raining heavily.

So instead of walking we went to the mall to get her some better fitting pants. When we got back, the Silverado Grand Opening celebration was in full swing. We ran into mom's fan club right away and took them to her room. This makes me smile. Everyone pictured here is from either ADH or the Wednesday Staying Connected group that she used to go to. Bellingham is lucky to have such great people and resources (even though ADH is in Lynden, making it less ideal). Anyway. I wasn't dressed to schmooze and I had another Craigslist buyer to meet at my mom's garage. The house changes owners on Friday at 9 p.m., so I have to get everything out of there.
