Perched on the top

Another super day so again I spent a lot of time outside. I really need to get some suncream as the sunlight brings me out in a rash.
I've been listening to the recordings David took at the Book Bug Conference. Really interesting especially as I'm interested in children's books and encouraging a love for books from an early age. David now has lots of information for his dissertation.
The wrens were back again and this little one was seen going into two of the bird boxes in the garden.He may need to push out the sparrows and the blue tits though.
The haar came in tonight covering the whole firth and then reaching us.
The pine marten is back now that the cats have gone. I can hear him dropping nuts from the windowsill :)
