Brownies mini gardens

I was really impressed by the mini gardens the Brownies has created.A lot of thought and effort had gone into making them and they looked fantastic.This one is a little Fairy garden complete with the Fairy and her washing.
A very busy session in the dark for Earth Hour. Great fun. The girls brought in a cushion to sit on, a torch and a book so either read or played Paper,rock,scissors.
We talked about ways to help the Environment and made an Earth Promise.
Then on to solving clues to get a chocolate prize. Each clue was about one of the girls so it took a lot of working out and discussion.
Next the indoor Egg Hunt which worked well and actually took longer than I thought.
A few weeks off now until our next exciting term :)
