A Blazing Sky

I would much rather see fire in the sky than fire in the meadowland behind our home as we did yesterday.

Today was extremely long -- I arrived at the campus about 7:30 this morning and was leaving at 5:30 this evening. I taught two classes in the morning had a mid-day meeting and then in the Writing Center from 1:50-5:30. When the hands of the clock line-up to reveal 5:30, I am on a fast run to get on outta there.

Right now I can hardly keep my eyes open, so I'm headed for bed.
