Where's the View?

My entry  for Wide Angle Wednesday - M is for Mad place to put a seat or  M & H the gardener Must try Harder 

This seat is high up on Tunbridge Wells Common at least 10 metres from the path with a beautifully mown access strip.  One wonders why. I think it is quite a while since this seat had a lovely view of the rooftops of Tunbridge Wells and I can't imagine why anyone would want to sit there now.
