It's taking over!

Pizza dough! It wasn't supposed to rise much more in the fridge! :-)

The kids started school again today and I dropped the boys in Hebden Bridge for a wander around this afternoon. With a quiet house for the first time in weeks, I managed to do a little bit of paperwork before making this dough so everyone could have fun making pizzas for dinner - it was a great success! Not only was it fun - the pizzas were absolutely delicious!
