Posers

In my attempts to build up fitness I had another excursion on the bike. On Tuesday I witnessed a cow giving birth so went back to see how it was getting on. The cows and their calves were at the other side of the field. However in an adjacent field a group of young calves had been weaned from their mother's. They were marauding around the field in a pack and were very interested in both the camera and cyclist.

They all seemed very keen to muscle their way to the camera.

Busy time at the moment trying to help Matthew and his girlfriend collect the basics together for an unfurnished house they have just rented. Perhaps my attic space may be relieved of some of its items stored for such an occasion!
