Sun through the apple tree
Wow! What a welcoming place Blip is! Hadn't at all expected to get any views - let alone comments - on my first picture yesterday. Thank you all.
There were lots more lovely clouds on view this morning, and I found myself mentally composing Blip commentaries to go alongside them (see? hooked already!) but I didn't have a camera with me. By the time it got to after lunch all the clouds had gone and we were left with boring beautiful blue skies. So instead, here are some leaves.
My parents always used to tell me not to take photos looking directly at the sun, so I always feel a bit naughty when I do. But I like the effect.
This is actually my neighbour's tree. Thankfully they're even lazier at gardening than we are, so it overhangs our garden by quite some way, providing both shade and crumble ingredients: both of which are very welcome!
