Whitehall Gardens

Today's venue was the London office and after a troubled start to the day involving a later than planned rise, I arrived in the capital to a few more spots of rain than I'd like.

The project meeting progressed well and as the sun was shining brightly in the early evening and the weather warm and spring-like I decided to walk part of the return to Liverpool Street Station. Firstly from Parliament Sqaure to Embankment and secondly due to a paucity of circle line trains, from Monument to the station itself.

I always enjoy Whitehall Gardens, having strolled through them a number of times before. Quite the respite from the city.
